In addition to fighting chargebacks on behalf of our customers, Vindicia leads the industry in redefining the fairness of chargeback rules as applied to online commerce.  Our best practices and extensive analytics help merchants understand chargeback trends in relation to their industry and identify anomalies that should be further investigated.  Our Merchant Advocates hold quarterly business reviews with our merchants to identify the unique trends for each individual merchant and discuss available best practices to continuously improve their business.  These quarterly business reviews are included for all of our merchants as part of the CashBox and ChargeGuard solutions.

Vindicia has also launched several pilot programs to fight chargebacks that were traditionally not fought or won.  We have worked with our merchants to identify segments of fraudulent chargebacks by response code that could be potentially won. In general, these pilot projects have proved successful and led to full implementation for our merchants.
