Vindicia was founded in 2003 to address the need for commercially available
back-office payment management solutions for online merchants. The majority of
Vindicia's executive team was previously the executive team at eMusic, the first
digital merchant to design, implement, and manage a recurring billing, online
music subscription service. The executive team offers a unique combination of
domain expertise, having operated a digital merchant business, and technical
expertise, with an emphasis in payment and security solutions.
Vindicia provides payment management services to online merchants via a SaaS
offering that combines a recurring billing solution with key fraud management
capabilities spanning both fraud screening and chargeback management. The
integrated, on-demand service is packaged as two offerings: Vindicia CashBox lets
merchants improve customer retention and maximize profit by enabling rapid
implementation of best of breed recurring billing capabilities. Vindicia
ChargeGuard allows merchants to control chargebacks and recover lost revenue
through fraud screening, chargeback processing, disputing, and prevention. A PCI
Service Provider Level 1 company and SAS 70 Type 2 audited, Vindicia is a key
infrastructure provider to some of the best known brands on the Internet.
Executive Team
In addition to deep backgrounds in digital content, subscriptions and security,
Vindicia's management
team also has a broad range of expertise in enterprise software, systems and
SaaS.
