Company
We founded Vindicia in 2003 to address the need for an on-demand subscription billing and chargeback management solution for online merchants. Over the past seven years, our capabilities have broadened to support a wide variety of business models, from subscriptions, to micropayments, to freemium, and to supporting merchants who need virtual currency as well as usage-based billing.
In addition, we've built key fraud-management capabilities into our products that span fraud screening and chargeback management, in order to maximize both subscription and one-time billing success for our customers.
Our integrated SaaS service is packaged as two offerings:
As a PCI Level 1 Services Provider and SAS 70 Type II audited company, we securely handle over 230,000 transactions a day for some of the largest customers in the online world.
Vindicia is a privately held, venture-backed company.
