Vindicia is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager with primary
responsibility for market analysis, messaging, positioning, and sales
enablement. This person will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Principals only, please.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining market requirements for the Vindicia solution,
including analysis of different vertical segments
- Define and author sales tools ranging from competitive analysis to data
sheets to product presentations
- Work closely with sales and product management to roll out pricing and
packaging options and model different business scenarios
- Create sales training materials and roll out regular sales training for both
direct sales team and channel partners
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to manage the product
launch process
- Constantly refine and upgrade the company and solution messaging and
positioning to reflect core differentiators and customer benefits
Primary Interfaces with Vindicia will be with:
- Product Management - provide market feedback for future product enhancements
and work on product launch activities
- Marketing Communications - work on Web content as well as on all messaging
for demand creation activities
- Sales - provide sales tools and be a resource for customer interactions
- Business Development - work on sales tools and content for partners
Required Skills:
- Between 5-7 years of product marketing experience in a software company.
Experience with SaaS business models is a plus.
- Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Writing
samples will be required during the interview process.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and with a minimum of supervision.
- Experience in start-up environments required.
- Comfortable presenting to external audiences whether in person or via
webinars.
- Experience with creating business plans and models.

Vindicia is seeking a Technical Account Manager as part of the Client Services team to manage all aspects of post-sales experience with customers. This person will report to the Director, Client Services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with Sales during the sales cycle - help with gathering of data towards project kick-off and deployment.
- Manage deployment projects - kick-off, deployment, QA towards a speedy go-live.
- Manage post deployment lifecycle with customers which includes account management, operational reviews etc.
- Effectively work with customer service and support teams to maintain a high level of satisfaction within the customer base.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders towards improving processes as Vindicia grows in size.
Primary Interfaces at Vindicia will be with:
- Product Management - Report field level activities and product improvement suggestions
- Sales - Customer feedback
- Marketing - Case studies, references from customers
- Operations - Customer satisfaction, operational review findings and requested enhancements
- Engineering - Improvement suggestions as gathered from the field.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience (Experience in a professional services practice of a software company is preferred)
- Must have excellent overall technical competency. Prior development experience is a plus.
- Must have strong business analysis skills.
- Must have solid customer facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree required, technical degree preferred.
- Sub 50 person start up experience a must.
- Diplomacy in cross functional team coordination to deliver results on customer's behalf.
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication.
- E-commerce experience or knowledge is desirable.
