Marketing Programs Manager

Vindicia is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to drive the next stage of our go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing programs including webinars, tradeshows, email, and direct mail campaigns.
In addition, you will be responsible for a number of the core marketing infrastructure systems so we can automate, track and measure the effectiveness of our programs.
This position reports to the Corporate Marketing Director.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage key elements of Company's go-to-market plans:
- Responsible for all trade show and event planning and logistics
- Plan and execute on the Vindicia Webinar series
- Create and deliver specific vertical oriented campaigns
- Manage all email and direct mail campaigns, including lead nurturing
- Track our online ad programs, including Google AdWords
- Work closely with other marketing team members to produce all Vindicia collateral
- Define and measure effectiveness of different programs and optimize for future program iterations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience building marketing programs for software companies
- Experience with software-as-a-service a plus
- Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality programs
- An analytical bent with a keen understanding of how to measure success
- A can-do attitude with little supervision required
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with salesforce.com, Marketo (or similar marketing automation software), and Google Analytics preferred
- Ability to easily work with multiple functional groups to achieve goals
- Bachelor's degree
