The SLA that we provide to our merchants provides proof of our commitment to providing a stable, secure platform that can handle the scale necessary for our global merchants. We make every reasonable effort to provide an annual uptime percentage of at least 99.99% and have met this goal continuously for the last 4 years. "Annual Uptime Percentage" is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of 5 minute periods during the Service Year in which Vindicia was unavailable ("Unavailable" means that all of your running instances have no external connectivity during a five minute period and you are unable to launch replacement instances.)
