In 2008 alone, we handled over $1 billion in revenue on our platform. On average, we support over 230,000 transactions every day on behalf of our merchants. Additionally, Vindicia's built-in scalability overhead of 5X current transaction run-rate makes our platform equipped to easily handle the spikes in traffic typical of major online product releases and expansions.

Global billing is a core strength of the Vindicia platform, and CashBox allows our merchants to expand worldwide without adding additional infrastructure. We provide all of this while maintaining 99.99+% uptime across all critical merchant-facing functions.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The SLA that we provide to our merchants provides proof of our commitment to providing a stable, secure platform that can handle the scale necessary for our global merchants. We make every reasonable effort to provide an annual uptime percentage of at least 99.99% and have met this goal continuously for the last 4 years. "Annual Uptime Percentage" is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of 5 minute periods during the Service Year in which Vindicia was unavailable ("Unavailable" means that all of your running instances have no external connectivity during a five minute period and you are unable to launch replacement instances.)
