Implementation Project Management

Vindicia works hard to ensure that each merchant's specific solution needs are met before going live with the Vindicia ChargeGuard or Vindicia CashBox solutions. This focus allows our clients to enjoy the benefits - increased revenue and improved business and operational efficiency - as quickly and easily as possible.

To that end, Vindicia assigns a full resource team to aid in this process:

Merchant Care

Each Vindicia merchant is assigned to one of our Merchant Care Representatives (MCR). Having extensive issuing bank and merchant experience, our MCRs understand the industry as well as Vindicia's products. They are responsible for:

Processing all chargeback and ticket requests presented to you by your merchant bank/processor
Maintaining and providing records for fulfillment verification of disputed customer transactions
Using best practices, expertise, and sound business judgement about which chargebacks to dispute, to what extent to dispute them, and which to allow to stand based on the merchant's strategic stand and input
Providing a single point of contact for your customer service and finance departments in order to follow up on chargebacks processed by Vindicia
Alerting your organization about changes in rules by the credit card associations and important trends we are seeing in your Company's data
