Vindicia is looking to hire a Business Development and Partnerships Manager – EMEA, reporting to the Head of Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners (payment processors, system integrators, consulting and technology go-to-market partners) to expand Vindicia’s payment processing footprint in the region and market/customer reach. The role will be aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy and priorities, and the sales objectives in the EMEA region, as well as growing our business with the effective management of go-to-market partnerships. The role will require close collaboration with multiple teams including Sales, Legal, Product and Growth. The ideal candidate is experienced, agile, impeccably organized, and an excellent communicator, with a proven track record of collaborative partnerships to achieve business growth.


Generating growth

  • Own the partnership strategy, identification, development and management. Initiate engagement with targeted partners. Lead the due diligence process, the opportunity development, and the engagement process end to end. Develop and own the partnership opportunity strategy.
  • Manage the partner relationship, including the business performance metrics set for the partnership (number of leads, dollar value of business, etc.).

Partner and internal effective business relationship building

  • Establish strong partnerships with key decision makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers. Listen to the partner, gain a full understanding of the partner's business challenges, culture, environment, market trends, future technologies, competition, and partners that may affect the customer's business.
  • Establish strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Legal and Engineering teams within Vindicia.

Delivery of results

  • Achieve or exceed defined business growth targets through the partners under management.
  • Timely identification, and establishment of additional partnerships to enable Vindicia’s growth plan in the region.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of sales/business development/alliance management experience, with consultative selling approach
  • Experience in software/technology industry for subscription billing and/or payments/payment processing is a plus
  • Experience on payments industry in Europe, with proven track record of establishing successful business partnerships in the region
  • Proven experience in managing complex B2B engagement cycle processes
  • Proven experience in effectively managing go-to-market business partnerships, driving results and generating value for the company and partner
  • Proven track record of business development excellence through revenue generation and/or opening new partnerships
  • Highly motivated, creative self-starter with the ability to work independently, embracing teamwork and collaboration to achieve results
  • Aptitude for embracing, learning, and executing projects
  • Language: English with other European languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French) as a plus
  • Fiercely organized and quick to respond thoughtfully to verbal and written exchanges
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Able to think strategically, plan, and execute quickly and resourcefully, both autonomously and as part of a broader team
  • Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Some travel is required as needed
