Do you have 10+ years in professional services delivery with experience in both SaaS and on-premise software? Are you knowledgable about billing and subscription management? Are you familiar with payment processing and are you passionate about providing your customers with the right solution? Then this could be the career opportunity you have been seeking. You've worked for and led professional service teams implementing both off-the-shelf and custom-built software applications, likely for large telecommunication companies. During your career you've likely done some product management, system engineering, project management, sales engineering or even business analysis work.

You love working directly with customers, solving problems and being hands on in running your delivery team. You know what makes a successful project and you are committed to delivering every project on-time and within budget.

You have proven skills in project scoping, work effort estimating, pricing and resource management. You understand and embrace the challenges of working with diverse teams and across time zones. You are a natural leader who can drive simplicity from complexity, provide direction amidst ambiguity and exude calm under pressure. You know the difference between confidence and arrogance and you value humility over pretension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on time, within budget to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Direct oversight of and responsibility for complex integration and implementation projects
  • Consult with customers and understand the key project objectives
  • Work cooperatively with sales and product engineering, preparing contracts and determining project scope
  • Scoping, planning, pricing and the negotiation of large complex projects
  • Leadership and oversight of global deployment resources
  • Ensure projects are fully staffed and are completed in accordance with Vindicia standard methodologies and the customers contract
  • Handle the customers' transition from sales to implementation
  • Establish and grow executive-level relationships
  • Represent the customers best interests in complex multi-party engagements
  • Be the face of the Vindicia Customer Success group and the initial point of contact for the customer
  • Provide written communication of project status to Vindicia and Client executive teams and stakeholders for each of the projects with which you are working
  • Established reciprocal relationships from the outset and help the customer craft a delivery approach that meets their delivery timelines and functional needs

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Consensus building
  • Consultative approach with ability to lead customer decision making
  • 10+ years in delivery of professional services to the telecom/technology industries
  • 3+ years experience in on-boarding customers to SaaS platforms
  • Experience in writing contract documents and contract negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience working on software development projects
  • Experience working for international-based clientele
  • Experience with subscription management and/or payment collection
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, preferred)
  • MBA advantageous
