We are looking for a rock star Product Marketing Guru. You will have worldwide responsibility for product marketing and an opportunity to put your mark on a rapidly evolving market place. Your inquiring, customer oriented mind will translate insights into new, compelling messaging, content, and programs. Your customer-oriented content will wow and be showcased at events, campaigns, web, and social media. One of your key customer groups is our fabulous our sales team. You will partner with our sales teams and jointly craft impactful and tools to both drive and accelerate customer acquisition. You will become an expert and spokesperson for Vindicia.

This position is based in our headquarters in Redwood Shores and reports directly to our SVP of Marketing. This is a growth position.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Message Platform: You will have a “why does the customer care attitude that will ruthlessly anchor your messaging. Your style is succinct, compelling, well written and descriptive. Overused marketing bingo words like “robust” set your teeth on edge.

Story Telling: Develop “stories” using PowerPoint and other tools to deliver exceptional visuals that align with the buying cycle and provide context versus hard core (boring) product pitches.

Offer Creation:
Subscription billing paired with big data analytics is still a nascent market place where you will expand your horizon, be encouraged to continuously think outside the box to incorporate partnerships and service offerings to create complete offers. You will drive the development and implementation of unique and innovative products and services that address the wants and needs of defined target audience.

Demand Generation Program Design:
Work with a team of innovative marketing professionals to devise strategies, design programs and tactics that will drive pipeline growth. Creates customer segmentation analysis and recommendations, including identification of potential customers, prioritization of groups to address, and understanding customer behaviors and needs.

Sales Enablement:
Work hand in hand with our stellar sales team with to make sure they have what they need to knock it out of the park! (presentations, cheat sheets, solution briefs, etc)

Market Research:
Have an inquiring mind and intellectual curiosity and the ability to leverage internal and external sources to find facts on our industry and keep abreast of trends in our target markets. Leads and interprets marketing research related to strategic direction of company, including conduct of quantitative and qualitative research, such as focus groups and brand tracking studies.


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, demand generation or promotion. MBA preferred.
  • Direct experience in the payments space is a bonus.
  • Experience in driving Product Marketing for Analytics, CRM, ERP, pricing, or related software is highly desired.
  • New Media/Web 2.0 Skills/Computer Skills: Able to use latest technology to create compelling content that can be published via social media channels including blogs, video, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, forums, wikis and social networks. Rockstar capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google apps.
  • Cross-Functional Management and Influencing Skills: Ability to credibly influence and manage across, and up and down functions is vital.
  • Multi-Tasking, Organization and Presentation Skills: Ability to be organized and keep lots of diverse activities moving forward at the same time. Exceptional presentation skills. Strong presence with executive audiences.
  • Travel: 10-15%travel to events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
